I have an event coming up with lots of people with different dietary requirements (I’m sure we have all experienced that 🙂 ) This recipe is one of my favourites because not only is it delicious, it is vegan, gluten free plus it is loaded with fibre, protein vitamins and minerals. I’ll be making this as a double batch as a side for the carnivores and a main for the vegans and vego’s in the crowd.
I make this keto protein shake for breakfast about 3 times per week. It can be a little hard to drink for some people because it is so super low in sugar. I prefer it this way however, if you prefer it a little sweeter, add more fruit like half a banana or a teaspoon of maple syrup.. Don’t have time to make your own meals?
