Under this circumstance, you are required to notify us immediately upon receipt of your order so that we can act immediately to remedy the problem. At Juzcit, we take the greatest care in preparing and delivering the freshest product to you by using the highest quality ingredients and by using a complete, cold-supply chain delivery system. We accept no responsibility for any loss or spoilage your juice once it has been delivered. It is recommend that as soon as you receive your order that you check the contents to ensure your order is complete and that there are no breakages and then refrigerate immediately. The cut-off for orders is typically 48 hours prior to delivery. You may change or cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to your delivery date by emailing us at [email protected] for a full refund or we can postpone your delivery to another suitable date.
