Keto Protein Shake Recipe

I make this keto protein shake for breakfast about 3 times per week. It can be a little hard to drink for some people because it is so super low in sugar. I prefer it this way however, if you prefer it a little sweeter, add more fruit like half a banana or a teaspoon of maple syrup.  Below is a bit of info about hemp seed oil in case you have never used it.
Hemp seed oil comes from varieties of cannabis however, it does not contain THC – the primary psychoactive compound in marijuana. Research has found that hemp contains all of the essential amino acids and essential fatty acids that are necessary for human life. It also contains a unique protein called globule edestin which is similar to globulin in human blood plasma. Hemp seed oil contains the ideal 3:1 ratio of Omega-6 (GLA) to Omega-3 (SDA) essential fatty acids which can help the body to metabolize fat, counteract aging, increase immune system strength, lower cholesterol, and help prevent cardiovascular disease.
