Ep. 13 Celery Juice, Worm Juice & Meditations

For episode 13 of “Let’s Talk About..” I have a chat about celery juice, worm juice and meditations.

 

Celery Juice – You may have hear of a guy called “The Medical Medium“.  He is from the US and has really raised awareness about celery juice. I have been asked by Kira and Daniel from Invictus 5 to create a celery juice to go into their new Fitness Retreat they are launching in November. Due to popular demand I have decided to launch Celery & Lemon Juice as a brand new product on the website that you can order for yourself!  It is surprising how nice celery and lemon juice tastes.  According to the Medical Medium it is most beneficial to drink about 500ml of celery juice per day first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Worm juice – No, you don’t drink it.  I have a worm farm so that I can use some of my juice pulp to make worm juice for my veggie garden and fruit trees.  I have recently outgrown my worm farm so am upgrading to a bigger version and am going to be selling my excess worm juice soon.  Worm juice is an amazing organic fertiliser that helps improve soil microbiota and helps improve your plants immune system to fend off disease.  If you are interested in learning more about worms, worm farming and worm juice, pop me a message or leave a comment below and I’ll go into more detail.

Meditations – I had a conversation with my older sister recently about meditating and she expressed how hard it was for her.  I agree. Whenever I try to meditate my mind goes crazy!! It’s as noisy as hell in there.  I use a few really great guided meditations to help me along so I thought I’d share these with you.  Sarah McCrum is an energy coach who does a free live energy activation meditation every morning on Facebook. Her group is called Energy Activations. and Sarah’s live sessions cover a huge range of topics.  The second meditation that I love is the Wim Hof breathing meditation. I can’t think of anything during this mediation because I have to work so hard at keeping up with the breathing. I have done a similar meditation with Tony Robbins that also does breathing but then adds in a gratitude practice. It is awesome. The third and final meditation technique I use is one that I normally only use at like 3am when I can’t sleep. It is a binaural beats music only meditation that sends me back to sleep quick smart.
