There was a time in my life where I used to have a cigarette before going on a 3km morning jog because I felt like it opened up my lungs and made me breath easier. I especially loved my post run smoke because it felt like the hit of nicotine was stronger when I was out of breath.
I was fit. Fitter than most of the people I knew at the time but was I healthy? Most definitely NOT. In order to be healthy, you need to be fit but to be fit, you don’t need to be healthy. And the reason that this is so important? Health and happiness go hand in hand and we all want to be happy.

I made this Peshi Korma Lamb Curry Recipe a few days ago and seriously was blown away.  I met the owners of Bahukara at an intensive incubator program and then ran into them at an industry event just recently.  It was the first time I got to taste their amazing product so I promptly went online and ordered some bottles of  their Aurveydic influenced meals in a bottle. Of course, I can never follow instructions so I made up my own version of the Peshi Korma Lamb Curry Recipe. It was super quick and easy to prepare and once I had it simmering, I could get other stuff done so don’t be scared off by the cooking time.  Also, these work super well in a slow cooker. Plus, this is super easy to convert to a vegan recipe by swapping out the lamb with more veggies or tofu. Still don’t have time?
